Pink Out October withPink Ribbon Girls
Every year Bommarito Construction hosts its Pink Out October – a month’s long event where Bommarito Construction champions those who are fighting cancer by encouraging the entire construction industry to go pink every Friday in October. All funds raised by Bommarito Construction throughout its Pink Out October campaign are donated directly to the St. Louis Chapter of Pink Ribbon Girls.
Pink Ribbon Girls is an organization that provides meals, transportation, house cleaning, and peer support FREE of charge to breast cancer or gynecological cancer patients at their time of greatest need to ensure that no one travels this road alone. The St. Louis Chapter of Pink Ribbon Girls directly supports women in the St. Louis area, so all funds raised are used locally to support those in our community.
Bommarito Construction also seeks out opportunities to support Pink Ribbon Girls throughout the year by attending a variety of their events, such as Ignite the Fight, Warrior Walk and Party With A Purpose along with giving to Pink Ribbon Girls every year on Give STL Day.
Our STL Yard Project
Bommarito Construction is always looking for opportunities to give back in a fun and unique way. Back in March of 2021, Bommarito Construction took the opportunity to give a back yard makeover to a local family, the mother of which was fighting breast cancer.
Annual Sponsor for 
Bommarito Construction is an annual sponsor for Riding for a Reason, specifically sponsoring Riding for a Reason’s Annual Ride every spring.
Riding for a Reason is a local organization that works to raise awareness for colorectal cancer while also raising money to support those currently fighting colorectal cancer. Riding for a Reason also gives to a variety of local institutions such as fire departments, ambulance districts, and food banks.
Week-long Fundraiser for
Like many of its peers in the construction industry, Bommarito Construction participates annually in the St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s KIDstruction Week. KIDstruction is a week-long fundraiser, in August, where members of the construction industry pledge a donation for each hour worked for an entire week to support the mission of St. Louis Children’s Hospital to do what’s right for kids. Bommarito Construction has been known to have 100% participation from its entire team and to match dollar-for-dollar the amount its team donates.
Local Sports Teams
Bommarito Construction is also a sponsor for many local children’s sports teams in the greater St. Louis area, and has even donated Baseball Field in Potosi, Missouri.
